HoludMaya operates an e-commerce marketplace offering premium ethnic fashion, authentic handloom sarees, panjabis, jewelry, and modern lifestyle essentials across Bangladesh.
By placing an order on HoludMaya, you agree to these fair terms and conditions governing the purchase and delivery process.
After you submit an order, our system immediately confirms the request and our order fulfillment team processes the package.
We support full Cash on Delivery (COD) with zero advance payment required, as well as digital payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cards.
Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are final and will not change.
Deliveries within Dhaka are typically completed within 1–2 business days (BDT 60). Outside Dhaka delivery takes 3–5 business days (BDT 120).
Please inspect your package upon delivery before completing full payment to the courier personnel.
We ensure that photography and descriptions accurately depict each authentic artisan piece. Slight color nuances may occur due to photography lighting and display screens.
All products pass a multi-point quality check prior to dispatch.
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and reachable phone numbers for smooth courier handover.
Any intentional fraudulent behavior, fake orders, or abuse of the service may result in account termination and order cancellation.
